All services are provided on a job-specific basis. In many cases, payments will be received after work has completed. In contracts where payment is received before work has started, payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
There is a cancellation fee of $75 for scheduled and approved appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hour notice.
If payment is made prior to the start of work and the project is canceled before work begins, any refund is at the Contractor’s discretion and may be reduced by administrative costs, trip fees, cancellation fees, or other costs incurred.
No refunds are provided for completed work, partially completed work, or delays caused by factors outside the Contractor’s control, except at the Contractor’s discretion.
Disputes regarding workmanship are handled in accordance with the Limited Workmanship Warranty and Right to Cure clause described in the Terms of Service.
